A crop from a single microzone, carefully selected and expertly roasted to produce the highest quality coffee. On hundreds of small farms spread across the Andes region, the delicate art of coffee growing has been passed down from generation to generation for centuries. Medellín — so named because of the size of the beans — is the most common variety in Colombia. Thanks to its exceptionally sweet flavor, Colombian gourmets affectionately call it “Suave,” or “gentle.”
