The medium roast gave the coffee a special aromatic character.
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and the only place in the world where the coffee plant grows wild. At an altitude of about 1,800 meters, in the shade of tall trees, Arabica grows naturally.
For millennia, families have collected ripe coffee beans, dried them in the sun, then roasted them, ground them into powder, and offered them to guests as part of an ancient ceremony, a symbolic act of respect and hospitality.
Even today, producers select only the reddest, most fully ripe berries.
Medium-strength coffee with a pleasant vanilla note and velvety taste.
