Among Brazilian coffees, Santos coffee holds a special place – from the São Paulo region, whose name comes from the port from which the coffee crop is exported.
Santos is considered the highest quality Arabica in South America.
Sweet, low in acidity, with a velvety and delicate aroma, with a light chocolate tint – ideal for breakfast.
It is ideal for mochas due to its medium-fine grind texture. It can also be used for espresso machines – you may need to press it a little tighter or add more powder.
